What to expect: After logging on to the reflection “meeting,” you’ll be welcomed with an image, reminded to turn off all other devices and supported to simply sit in silence for 10 minutes and reflect on whatever comes to mind. At the end of the session, you’ll be invited to share a comment on the value of the session with all others via the chat box.
